Try not betting those late games and it is amazing how much earlier you will fall asleep and feel better in the AM...

I have a tip
that was my problem for a long time - then once I had kids I realized I couldnt sit on the couch all night because if the kids were to wake up at night for some reason then the following day would be lost...
so I keep a small radio under my pillow now.
A grundig so it gets great reception - I can get games from everywhere as the night carries on.
If I fall asleep and wake up worrying - I just flip to a sportingnews or espn affiliate and get the scores.
Simple as pie.
I did find one negative to it though - I got hooked on art bell so I found myself staying up all night listening to that. But since art is confined to weekends and noory taints the weekenights now _ its not as bad of a problem.
