Don't know what level you'll be playing but for a single all purpose book click on Pinnacle from home page here at the Rx.

Only drawback could be they charge for withdrawals under $500. We presume you have a NETeller account.

but other books I have never had problems with are WWTS, BetJamaica and recently Vwager all went/is going well

Linesmaker is a good book. Up to 4 free fed ex payouts per month regardless of the amount. They also take credit cards, and my card has never been denied. Also taking horse action now at over 90 tracks. Pinny and Oly are also good books.
