I signed there awhile back and made few $1000 dollar deposits over my time there making small $500 bets. As a side note I received no bonus at all. I hit a winning streak and I decide to make my first withdrawal there ever of $2500. In reading their rules I saw this: "Heritage Sports pays for Neteller withdrawals, though we reserve the right to charge up to 5% in certain special situations." I assumed that was to prevent frequent withdrawals well I assumed wrong, I was charged $125 for a $2500 withdrawal. After contacting customer service I asked what are the special circumstances he said that they almost always charge 5%. To top it off I have to take the rest of my bankroll out by Neteller as well, and pay 5% on that, since they won't let me take it any other way. Take my advice and post-up elsewhere.

Monicus, when you withdraw money to your bank account from Neteller, it's free. So you should pay that 5% only once to heritage.

If Heritage charged you $125 for a $2500 transaction then that is blatant robbery.

Neteller charges all merchants $30 to send a $2500 withdrawal.

TOW has a very low opinion ( and rating ) on heritage primarily based on horrific players reports. Just a step away from becoming a deposit only book.

Want to go another dime that heritage will be around this time next year?

Heritage is owned by one of the original Pinnacle partners. (thats your free industry lesson for today

David from Herritage has reversed my $125 fee. I told him, as Buzz suggested that he should clarify his Neteller policy. I will not stay as a customer.

I received all of money, not just the first $2500, without any fee. David from Heritage says that they do not charge almost everybody 5% for Neteller payouts and the clerk that told me that will reprimanded. He says that non-recreational players are the ones that will be charged the 5%. Just so you can hear both sides. And no he did not ask me to post this.

Even using terminology like "non-recreational players" is vague as it means different things to different books. Would hope they do away with this policy or at least CLEARLY outline it.

Glad to hear the dispute has been solved to the player's full satisfaction.

John, glad to read you know things I knew since day one in this Industry. Ownership is not the issue : players being sistematically shaved with ( hidden ) costs, players being kept waiting for payouts cause their accounts are being "audited", players who have their limits cut to $ 50 cause they got hot after being cold for two or three seasons..that's the issue. Oly, Pinny, Grande would never act the same way. Right or wrong ?

Hang on till tomorrow. I'll let you know a bit more then.

Btw..Tatiana is mine

Man I'm scared of Tatiana. I'm not into those ropes and chains...sweet pain as she calls it. Get enough of that every day.

Nooooo..way earlier...besides..don't you remember you were busting my balls ( when at Royal ) over two years ago ? And that was two years after I had entered this industry.

Gotta take you to Aqua, my favorite fish restaurant in Vegas ( @ Bellagio ). Fish does wonder to people who have memory leaks like you
