moon...IMO I do not see how ANYONE can say they can CAP a preseason game..IMO its 100% luck if you hit...so to answer your question Sir I have no idea

Rotation is key! Capping is easy in pre season! Every player is trying to make the team! You need to know who is on the bubble for each team and what position!

I think there is a forecast of thunderstorms for tonight, but I can't imagine that alone would push the total down 1 1/2 points today.

Although I figure it will be a low scoring pre-season type game, I went with the Over 32 in this one. Even one or two turnovers at the right moments is enough to make a game like this go over 32.
