I wouldn't get my hopes up too high. Seems inevitable they wiggle out of this somehow. My guess is that they make the point that they will open up the horse racing market a little bit since that is really the only area where their complaint is true. The sports part they could leave as is and not violate the spirit of the ruling which basically said that the US couldn't bar foreign operators from competing with domestic operators.
