Stat Fox’s football annual seems to be hinting that the way to handle the college football season win totals this year is to bet ‘over.’ If you take their word for it, every top-25 team has an excellent chance at winning at least 10 games.

Wild Bill is a real nice guy, but he is an amature handicapper and his opinion are weak, and his articles geared towards beginners.

We are constantly getting new posters here at the RX and really don't know if they are veteran handicappers or beginners. Therefore, some articles that cover basic theories certainly can't hurt.
