How much does Neteller charge its merchants?

But how much does Neteller charge for a deposit and/or withdrawal?

it's like 4% on deposits and 2% on withdrawals. On withdrawal though it maxes out at $30 per $2500. For he books like pinn we're you can withdraw $8,000 at a time, not sure what kind of deal they have
