I know you didn't ask me, but...
IMO They signed all the players that the "big" teams just don't want and the "little" teams just can't get ($$$). They are not a "team" yet, and they won't do much this year.
Not 100% sure, but i think they will play in the Estadio Municipal, unless it's against Saprissa, La Liga, Cartago and Heredia, where they will be playing at the Estadio Nacional as home.
