Charliepeete, natrually I will say Pinnacle and Millineum are fine, as is Carib. Another possibility (if you play nickels or less) is Skybook and their free half point program.
Pinnacle is most people's top choice. Never used Millennium. Carib is ok, but well down the list IMO. In addition to Pinnacle, I would recommend any of Olympic, IIS, 5Dimes, and Hollywood. Also, WSEX and Intertops are good for dog-friendly lines.
