I am all over Australia. This will be a tough matchup (again) for the US, esp. if Iverson is not at full strength.

I see no Hungary team in volleyball,
either in men's or women's. Did you
mean men's water polo?

Actually he was looking at that banana
that never leaves your mouth. And hit
himself in the feet.

So he said, WTF, forget the darts this
time. Take the + in every one.

And then, he added, what is the line on
the lingerie bowl 05. I hope Maria is in.

Thought I would add some picks.

In men's doubles action I'm quite certain Bhupathi/Paes will defeat Schuettler/Kiefer. The Indian team are double specialists and are clearly a class above the german team. I have been riding Bhupathi/Paes thru this tourny and there is no reason to stop today. Odds have been bumped up around -200 which I must admit is not pure value but I really can't see them losing.

In the other semi-final I like Ancic/Ljubicic to take out the Chilean team of Gonzalez/Massu. Just looking at this matchup I fancied the hard serving duo of Ancic/Ljubicic but add the fact both Gonzalez and Massu have single's matches right before this(currently in progress) it becomes a very solid play. Most times in this situation the team would probably retire but in this case since its the Olympics and you are playing for your country I think no matter how long their single's matches go they will try to play. Most books have about even money for this one.

Also in men's volleyball I will try Argentina over Greece. Greece had a decieving victory over Poland last match where Poland missed their top player. Poland has also been struggling in general so I don't put much stock in that victory. Argentina is the better team and I rate their chances slightly greater then 50-50. Odds of +115 or higher are valuable.

Phelps NOT to win 200m medley **+1200**
-Phelps has competed in a lot of events. I believe 1 in 10 races he loses in this situation. He has admitted the Olympics have been more tiring then the trials. Value here.

Henry NOT to win women's 100m freestyle **+250**
-She had a great race in the semi finals (believe she set WR!) but I really believe she wasted her energy in that race. I have noticed that results in the heats doesn't usually translate into similar results in the final. I think this is one more of those spots.

L. Jones to win 200m breaststroke **+470**
-had a subpar semifinal run while A. Beard cruised to easy victory. These two have been main rivals thru the past couple years and have exchanged WR's throughout that time. Beard is probably the better swimmer but the odds don't reflect how close this race could be. Side note on this race is I believe both Jones and Beard will be able to challenge the current WR. Just a feeling but if you can get odds of +300 I would take a shot.

There is one other final today but I have no opinion. Piersol is a large fav and there is not much you can do with that race (200m backstroke). I could never recommend laying -1500.

Also in women's softball Australia should defeat Canada. Noticed Olympic has -155 for the Aussie's. Simply put Canada can't hit and they have suspect D. Aussie's are favorites for Silver (behind US). 67-33 percentages for Australia.

How about De BRUIJN, Inge (NED) +291
if such as you say is not available?

This one seems to be her only real
opponent, as others are over +1399.
