This is huge for me!!

Go Fish!!

anyone know anything about Fernando Gonzalez?

any idea on a line?

Should I hedge out or wait for the possible Finals?

what to do on this I have $51 on Fish at 82-1 or something like that!!

worldsportcenter.com first to put up a line on this match mens semis, This is a great book by the way lots of early lines. Anyway.....

Fish -120 Gonzalez even.

Im dying here. Im going to play just a bit (twice my original bet size on Gonzalez so I get a small profit if he goes down).

Then in the finals I can play it to lock in a big profit on either side

Go Fish.

Look at it this way 51 X 82 = $4182

If I said at the beginning would you be happy if that bet turned into $1000, then by all mean hedge.
If you said no, I want $4000 or nothing, I believe in Mardy, then by all means LET IT RIDE.

Green thanks for the logic/

im leaning towards sticking it out with MArdy Mardy, I figure why not

worldsportcenter.com (the fastest with the tennis lines) has Fish at a minus -160 and massau at +140. So since its such a great plus number I might grab some of that but not half just a little something on the side like a $500 $3500 split something like that. So Im not totally kicking myself for being greedy, I need every penny for football season!

I hate to bust a bubble here, but are you sure that you got a valid line on Mardy Fish??

I mean he is a pretty good player, ESP when it would come to the olympics where the big stars might have the same desire as an up and coming star.

If I am not mistaken, he was about 20 to 1 or at most other books, he may have been lower than that! I hope that you get paid and that you bet a reputable book!

By the way, NO CHANCE IN HELL that I would hedge your bet!!! Fish will roll 6-2 6-2 6-0

this was pre tourney.

Pinnalce is the book

81-1 and then a day later at 83-1

Pinnalce is the best for giving some half way decent futures wagers.

Perhaps some hard data would help you. Fish is 3-8 in career finals, Massu is 10-7. I expect a close match here, which makes me lean towards Massu who has a good plus score in breakers, whereas Fish - unusually for a high ranked guy - has lost more breakers than won them.

Against that, if the doubles tonight against the Germans ends in defeat and / or mentally drains Massu, this must give something of an edge to Fish.

great info peskypup. I was lucky to be searching right away last night and first saw +140 on MAssu at worldsportscenter.com a great shop by the way! a great price and I was able to hedge out of approx 1/3 of the wager. Now the best out there is abou +117 or so at Pinnacle. so I win either way but a much bigger win if I can land the Big fish. Anyone got a landing net???

The Chileans won the doubles in 5 sets. Although not physically too tiring, this will have drained some mental energy out of Massu.

But I still think my bet at +130 was decent value as I don't see him as the dog here. He is the stronger big match player and matches don't come much bigger.

Having said that, Fish has surprised me no end this event and cost me $1,000 or so by opposing him.

MAssu too much court time and know a 5 setter. Fish has big serve and forhand for these fast courts. Massu somewhat of a dream draw as well.
