Heritage used to be my all time favorite, but they apparently went through some sort of management change, so I do not know if they are still as good as I remember.

Shrinky,
You mean you are strongly reccommending a book that doesn't advertise here and is spoken in somewhat negative terms?? Thats different!!

Its true. If you win a little they charge you 5% for every neteller withdrawal. You will not hget a free withdrawal every 30 days. They charge me 5% and here is a post from someone else:

[q]Originally posted by: Altice<br>Given the nature of time this is, I want my money in books that are very safe and solid. After being limited both online and on the phone on NBA totals, I called to inquire to raise limits on the totals. I have never been accused of being sharp except from GA. They said account is sharp(whatever) no big deal and they won't raise it. I tell them there is no way I would have sent funds if I knew this. At this point, Jake, I believe is his name says there is a 5% neteller fee on w/d. I can understand this cause books have to pay fees etc. I proceed to tell them, that I consider Heritage one of the safest books and don't have a problem playing with them for any lenght of time, so I am not really worried about my money not being safe. At this point, he says that there will ALWAYS be a 5% fee on any neteller withdrawals. So I ask him about other methods of payment. He says only neteller is only payment they will do. As a further background, I played with them in October/Novemeber?? where there were no fees on neteller and payouts were done within 5 minutes. I received a 20% bonus back then, but received ZERO bonus when I redopisted funds. So no book to book, no cashiers check, no Western Union, only a 5% fee on neteller at any time in the future. I proceed to tell him that this isn't how books with good reputations deal with. He's like well we have a bum deal with neteller. Then he proceeds to come up with the brilliant idea of telling neteller that I accidentally sent funds to the wrong book. And if you look at their website, here are their neteller rules.

Withdrawals:Neteller

Request money through Neteller and as long as Heritage is open, we'll send your money within minutes. BONUS: No fees!.

I don't see 5%. The fees are a small amount to eat. I can't say I am not highly annoyed by this. And if this was a book where I had any worries about getting paid, I would gladly eat the 5% fees and get the f*ck out. But if books with great reps like Heritage can start to have crappy CS and just make stuff up off the top of their head. The hilarious part is one other book has EVER classified me as sharp. That was Gamblers Avenue last March. This is not a stay away from Heritage thread. They are a great book and never have heard a bad thing about them. i thought it was a bad clerk or manager or whatever. And his idea to lie to neteller was highly unprofessional. I am leaving for Vegas later today so won't have too much time to respond to any posts, but would like to hear some other people's thought.[/q]

Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't the 5% fee capped at $30?

I had nothing but a good experience with them last year but I did see a thread somewhere where the guy was bitching because they charged him $150 for his neteller withdrawl. He bitched and moaned and the answer they gave him was they charge recreational players that amount, anyways that what the thread said and he ended up getting it back

FYI I spoke to Customer Service today and they confirmed that Heritage has dropped the 5% Neteller withdrawal fee (at least as to me, I cannot say for sure if that applies to everyone, but I suspect so).

Sherman, Betonusa sent me a free $50 play and upon turning it into $1106 (in three days) they promptly fedexed me a bank draft in that amount. Their website is very functional. I will be recomending them to my buddies. I'm new here, but I don't work for anybody or anything this is just a true good luck story. Thepig
