Tennessee Vols coach Phil Fulmer has announced that the starting quarterback job will belong to a true freshman for the 2004 season opener.

Brent Schaffer and Erik Ainge are said to be even, though word is that Ainge is ahead at this time.

Use this info to your best advantage as it does not seem to be widely disseminated at this time.
