Suggestion for WWTS

It is very annoying to have to log in every 2 min of being inactive.

Whenever I leave the PC for 2 min and return, I have to log in again.

Can't they make it 15 min or something reasonable? This goes for other books too. I don't have this problem at Greek, Pinnacle or SIA.

baus you want to use a password manager... I use roboform, if I get logged out it is only one click to quckily log back in...

Yes, this new clock stop is annoying at best. When did this change take place? Was not like this on weekend. I thought Sky was quick disconnect, WWTS is unreal. Are they a sponsor, can someone as what is up? To be honest, it is a reason to leave. Best Wishes...OF

OG, that's how I feel too.

SS, my frustration isn't that I have to type my password in over and over. It's when I'm looking over the lines for 2 min, then I refresh, then it kicks me out. By the time I get back to what I was looking at, 60 seconds have gone by.

Perhaps it sounds a bit childish to complain about 60 seconds, but it is a significant amount of time when a game is starting in 5-10 minutes.

My point is simply that it is completely unnecessary to have a 2 minute time out feature. 20 minutes is more reasonable.

I think Pinnacle gives you about 30 minutes without logging you out.

Note to WWTS: I am trying to make wagers. Logging me out isn't helping either one of us!!!

Is it just me, or is this window they frame prices in annoying as hell? It cuts off prices so you actually have to scroll to the right for no reason. Please ditch this 'improvement'

I havent been able to log in the past two dys, the top screeen doesnt load (homepage is 2 separate screens, the top has the login)

I was having the same problem. I used the link from my favorites page which for some reason took me to http://www.betswwts.com/.
Try typing in www.betwwts.com It worked for me, problem was frustrating as hell and they couldn't help me with their support. Such a simple solution for me.

General, they're needed, but they're not needed every two minutes. Should be at least 30 minutes for goodness sake.

A number of books get by just fine without timeouts, so I'd have to disagree about them being needed.

They are still a top 5 book today. That's pretty good. Longterm sucess means alot.

Software is a joke now IMO. This 2 minute timeout is the worst in the industry.

Yes, this timeout is more than annoying, it is unreasonably short. I can scan through 15 books, looking at most numbers I am interested in. They are the only book that times out. Believe me, I am fast. Not sure if anyone has asked what is up? Why so short? Is it anti-sharp as squares just log in, bet and log out? In my business, they are practically unusable, and I will timeout myself if it stays the same. Best Wishes...OF

Don't worry about time outs. Just be sure to register your favorite color, in case you request a payout to Neteller.

I just forwarded this link to the marketing dept. Hopefully they will adjust somewhat for us. WWTS has always been a great book to work with for us.

I think the new web site frames they are now using are much worse than the timeout feature. I have to scroll left to right and up and down to see all the information on the lines. What a pain in the ass.

Your almost exact words where what I was complaining about to several posters about Friday. I called WWTS to express my concerns and they pretty much said it is the way it is and isn't changing.

I will admit it works better with football where each line has less information than baseball. No scroll for football.
