You ever been challenged to a fight driving down the Interstate!?!?

LMAO...this always cracks me up afterwards...

There was a massive backup earlier this afternoon on I-95, its like 95 degrees too, tempers on the highway must be boiling over....Well people were using the emergency shoulder to drive down to get off at their exits...

Here's where the fun began for me...this guy is on the shoulder broke down, and forces everyone who was using the emergency lane to have to merge back into the traffic jam...

This guy in a truck gets out and starts directing traffic,lol, he had no business doing this so I hunk at him he flips me off...and that was that really...well then I see the guy behind me poining for me to pull over...Like I'm going to waste my time and pull over after I have been sitting in traffic for an hour in 95 degree heat to debate why he decided to play traffic cop....

So I flip him off (keep in mind he's like 10 cars back...) Next thing I know this clown in the lane next to me thinks I flipped him off...He pulls up beside me motioning me to pull over...this kid was about 23 years old maybe,,, with some girl in the car...

What the hell are you suppose to do in this situation ,pull over and go at with someone on the side of the interstate?? I just motioned to the guy "if you wanna follow me to my street fine..LOL Whatever!!!



I guess this is what they call 'roadrage'...

...all because some asshole decides to direct traffic for doing something wrong in the first place

I had a car load of people pull up to my driver side once and pulled a gun on me. It did scare the hell out of me. We were at a light. I ducked and took my chances, turning right swiftly. They did not follow. I assume they were wanting directions.

Me Poster rage,lol! Yes Journeyman I had a great dinner in Little Italy in NYC but that only covered 1/3 the bill,lol! Back when I was 10 years old i remember being in my grandfathers car and he was cut off in Queens! He started cursing at the driver and the driver raised a tire iron out his window. Well my grandfather with me in the car which now I think was crazy to do, cut him off , and this guy got out and had to be 6'6" with that tire iron. My grandpa was 5' 110 lbs soaking wet and they were arguing! All of a sudden my grandfather came back to his car reached under his seat and pulled out a handgun and shot the guy in the face! Grandpa did 10 years for this and believe me its not worth consequences it brings!

I don't own a gun. But here is some advice: if your in the LBC (Cali) If you pull a gun out, in or out of a car there is a very good chance you will be shot. Be carefull fellas. I drive a rice rocket and pick and choose my fake glove compartment bluffs.

reminds me of what happened right outside of Wrigley earlier this year. Couple of guys leaving the cubs game crossing the street and an SUV almost hits them so the guy takes his souvenir bat and bangs it on the hood of the SUV and the driver gets out and shoots him dead right in broad daylight with hundreds of people right there watching.

I've been flipped off and had driver's piss me off on a daily basis, but it's just not worth it to get all worked up over it because you don't know who you're messing with and what they are capable of.

Reminds me of the times I have been waiting at streetlights, the light changes and pretty soon somebody honks...

....I'm just doing my best trying not to look like the one who did the honking....people looking at me, and I'm looking around as if I'm looking for the horn user also....could just be my luck to see some roadrage get thrown my way because someone else got impatient and honked...

I use to have a short fuse when I was driving....now I guess I'm more or less burned out and sort of expect people to do stupid $hit....I have chanelled my impatience into a path of more aggressive driving....."aggressive consideration" is what I call it....I may pull out in front of you, but I'm not the guy who is in a hurry to get out in front of you and then drives half the speed limit....if I pull out in front of you I speed up so that you don't have to slow down or alter your speed...or I just pull into the other unused lane and let you continue with your life and go by me....

other examples of just common sense stuff is trying to keep all the cell phones behind you, because simply put, drivers with cell phones can't drive and talk at the same time, and they don't have the courtesy to pull over and letting traffic flow freely. Cell phone users invariably put themselves first at other peoples expense. I can't count the times I've been behind a slow driver or one who won't turn right on red.....and there's a goddamn antenna sticking out thier ear.

How appropriate this subject comes up when this just happened to me yesterday on the highway.
I'm passing a car at approx. 75 mph on the highway when another car comes flying up behind me out of nowhere probably doing close to 100 mph. This guys got a real nice baby blue older looking Mach 1 but in immaculate condition. The car was definately built for speed, but anyway the posted speed limit is 70 mph. I tap my brakes because he's just a couple inches from my rear bumper and I could see him in my rear view mirror getting all pissed off then flipping me off as he's yelling like an idiot at me. I'm by myself without my kids fortunately and he's alone as well. Just as I'm about to go around the car I was passing the guy behind me burns rubber around me on the left shoulder and I flip him off. So the guy in the Mach 1 slams on his brakes and veers all the way over to the right hand shoulder of the road and motions for me to pull over like he's going to kick my ass. As I go by him on the highway I get over closer to the right hand side of the rode hoping he opens his door so I could take it completely off and flip him off again. He gets back on the highway and of course gets right back on my ass again. Now I'm doing 70 mph and the guy all of a sudden is not in such a big friggin hurry. So he proceeds to follow me for the next 30-40 miles all the way to the toll booth. I'm getting ready to pay and a cop comes running over and motions for me to pull over to the the toll booth parking lot along with this guy who's still behind me. I pull into the parking lot and get out just as the other guy pulls into the parking area next to my car. This guy gets out of his car in a pair of sandles and shorts no bigger than me. I immediately jump in this guys face and rip him a new asshole because I'm fuming and about ready to pound his ass. 30 seconds later the cop comes running over threatening to take us both to jail. Apparently someone on the highway called 911 on their cell phone and reported a road rage incident. We both tell our sides of the story to the cop and he lectures the guy with the Mach 1 about following too closely and something about a 2 or 4 second rule. Also laws about following too closely and speeding because the guy admitted doing 85 mph even though I know we both knew he was going faster. The guy with the Mach 1 is real apologetic to me all of a sudden and reaches out to shake my hand. I grab the ends of his hand mostly by his four fingers and begin to squeeze the shit out of them so he'll remember next time not too pull that again in the future. Just a little something to remember me by of course. The cop let us go and that was it, but just goes to show everyone that nothing gets accomplished by anybody over something so meaningless. It was a pretty stupid incident on BOTH our parts to say the least. Things definately could have been much worse. In hindsight I admit that I shouldn't have tapped my brakes and flipped him off, but what's done is done and hopefully a lesson learned by both of us in the future.
