I've notice that alot of poker sites are now advertising on different sport forums,is there a reason for this.

jersey,

We are very privileged to have DOYLE BRUNSON's poker site affiliated with the many other fine companies on TheRx.com

I suspect a lot of sports bettors also enjoy Poker...

Gamblers are gamblers, ask the average sports bettor if he likes casino type action, and most will say yes. What better place for a poker site to advertise than a gamblers website/forum, sports or otherwise?

Net teller is the number one vehicle used at doylesroom. It processes credit cards very well also. It is a bit confusing, as it is at every site. Here is a tip for you players using credit cards to deposit money...use an uneven amount. For example, if you want to deposit 300 dollars, put in 298 dollars instead or some number that is odd. You will find it gets accepted better.

Great ill try it tonight. i was just wondering because Neteller is not mentioned anywhere on your website that i could find. certainly isn't listed under deposit options. might want to add it in there somewhere.

Hate to be the one to say this, but we REALLY dont need another poker website out there!

As a matter of fact, we need to DOWNSIZE the amount of poker sites!!!

NO REASON for guys to play at sites other than pokerstars.com, partypoker.com, intertops.com, or ultimatebet.com

I play on the net about every night, but so NO REASON at all to join Doyle's book! As a matter of fact, I see about 6 SOLID reasons NOT to join books affiliated with him, but I shouldnt share them here! Most of you know those reasons anyway

I think the problem is that none of the new poker rooms are really offering anything different. They go after the big names and hope that's enough to carry them. Doylesroom has Doyle Brunson. Fulltilt has assembled an all-star cast starring Howard Lederer, Phil Ivey, Chris Ferguson, and quite a few others. Ultimate has Phil Hellmuth. PokerStars has Tom McEvoy. PartyPoker has Mike Sexton. Going beyond the names, there's really nothing different "under the hood". The rake structure is pretty much the same everywhere. Why doesn't anyone offer a reduced rake? Each poker room offers perks, but they're also pretty similar. I noticed Doylesroom offers what they term "action points". This sounds the same as PokerStar's FPP's. Does any site offer actual cashback perks (beyond affiliate programs) instead of points to reward their regular customers? I realize the points can be used for prizes and tourney entries, but why not allow them to be converted to cash instead if that's what a customer prefers?

In the sports betting world, we have Pinnacle, who many consider the top book out there. They had the foresight to go after volume with their reduced juice model. And look where they are now. I'm waiting for some site to become the Pinnacle of poker rooms with reduced rake and cashback incentives.

I dislike poker, nor do I like casino games.

A. Poker very time consuming and monotinous, life is too short to be spending hours at a poker table. I would not play it if I was guaranteed 100.00 an hour.
