I have been betting on credit for quite some time now. I just made a deposit today...are you supposed to get a bonus on the money you deposited plus the money reimbursed for the western union fees?
i.e. you deposit 10 dollars. it costs 1 dollar to send. if they pick up the sending fee, should you get a bonus on 10 dollars or $11?
