I'm about to sign up with Hollywood Sportsbook ...

I believe they offer a free referral program. I already mentioned that I heard about them from The Prescription web site.

Whoever has an account with Hollywood and replies first to this message, I will put your name down so that you may receive a referral credit with Hollywood.

I'm on the phone with them right now. Their credit card system is down at the moment. I have the cash, but I prefer to use my credit card as I receive "points."

I have just been told I can sign up using NetTeller, but they believe the maximum amount I can deposit is $2500.00, for which I would receive a 10 % bonus. I'm looking to deposit $5000 - $7500 total today at 10 % sign up bonus, but this cannot be accomplished because of the low limits by NetTeller. They said I would be given 5 % bonus on re-loads, although I'm not technically reloading.

Going over to sign up with NetTeller. Never had this minor problem with Bowman's. They processed my CC without any problems, but I'm definately willing to get through this.

Will keep you updated.

Neteller will allow multiple deposits. Just use $2500. twice. I do it all the time. Just sent over 2 two 5 dimes, less than 1 minute apart. Good luck with Hollywood, FROG benjamin rating...Best Wishes...OF

Update. Neteller did NOT work. My CC company (MBNA America) declined the charges for $4000.00 + Neteller fee. I'm in good standing with my CC company, so I have to believe they declined it because of an online entertainment charge (gambling). What's really weird is, MBNA does NOT decline any of my charges to Bowman's and I have made several deposits with them in the past from $5K to $7500.

Hollywood's credit card system is down, but on their web page, they state minimum deposit is $50.00, maximum $500.00. So, that's a no go.

I just spoke with their live technical support and I am going to do a bank wire tomorrow. He said it's easy and secure. Never done a bank wire before so ...

Will my bank ask any questions? I would think no, since it is my money, but you never know ...

Pretty fuking lame.

Holly has been a GREAT book - I don't think skimming for unearned referral money should be tolerated on the Rx.

This situation got to far before we could intervene. We do not typically allow such in the forum. No harm no foul in this case. Just for future referance. Referrals should be given to friends, not strangers on the forum. It would be nice to assure the Rx gets the referrals if you can. That helps us keep the site afloat.

Please accept my apologies. I did NOT know this was a no-no.

I have NOT funded my account thus far. If it is alright with Mr. Leisure and with you, I can and will make sure The Rx gets proper credit.
