I watched the basketball game vs Lithuania Saturday. Just can't get into most of it.
Fags must love the Mens gymastics.

I enjoyed watching the women's softball games. The US team had an amazing run, giving up only 1 run in 9 games. The sole run came in the final inning of the gold medal game. I've also watched all of the US men's basketball games. Beyond that, I've enjoyed some of the events one rarely sees -- table tennis, badminton, and field hockey for example. These tend to air in the early morning hours. Beyond that, anything I've viewed has been by chance flipping stations. I'm not really into watching what seems to be the most popular events -- swimming, track, and gymnastics.

i really liked the mixed doubles badminton.
those games were epic.

Now that the women's beach volleyball is over
what will nbc show us??i mean they had those
chicks on every night for hours,while other
sports were totally neglected.i'm try to
think which other sports show a lot of ass.
diving??already over.swimming?? mostly done
except for the synchronised stuff.i notice
the triatheletes like to go run in 'cheeky'
outfits.equestrian??those are horses...
hmmm.... any gymnastics left???

i have always been a huge fan of track and field. especially track though. US is kicking some serious booty.

I like watching the stuff that I never see. Like the badminton /Table Tennis, water Polo,handball, field hockey, actual 6 on 6 REAL volleyball and I like the weightlifting (te lighter weight guys are impressive 140lbs throwing 400+lbs over their heads.

the softball and beach volleyball both SUCK!!!

best names for events are

the snatch

and in the rowing they had 4 man coxless skulls

oh i forgot the keirin(sp?) that bike race
on the velodrome where the racers are led around
by a guy on a moped for the first 5 laps.
seems to be a crash about 50% of the time
in those. uh not with the moped guy though

i thought womens beach volleyball was ok. brings a different aspect to the game with the lil punches they make to spots were there isnt a way for the opponent to get a dig

Man, those female gymnasts are sure flexible.

The men's 100m was very exciting to watch although when Felicien fell in the women's 100m hurdles you could a collective groan acrosss Canada.
