i know a guy that openned up an account with a sportsbook and funded it. He only placed a couple of small wagers, left a about a hundred dollar balance, and didn't log back in for several months.
so the guy finally logged into his sportsbook account only to find that he had a zero balance. a swift call to the book and a conversation with a cs clerk later, he found out that the money was cashed out by western union. The guy was extremely pissed as anyone in his position should have been. The clerk told him that he/she would investigate the matter further.
the guy received a call from the book later and was informed that infact the western union transfer had not been collected after all those months and the payout was for over $900!!! the book didn't refund him for the fees, but the guy got his mtcn and was able to collect his money. What a lucky son of a motherless goat. He was robbed and profited from it.
turns out he accessed his account from his brother in law's house and the bro in law played his money. not sure if i would kiss the guy or kick his ass
