V-WAGER CONGRATULATES the Final Winners in the V-Wager Baseball contest...

Our 20-week Baseball contest has come to an end, and the final winners were determined after yesterday's games, in a very close ending....

Congratulations go to THE MD KID for winning the last "month" of the contest, and picking up a 500.00 account.......

In the overall contest, the winner is

BLUE EDWARDS, who picks up a nice 1200.00 account with 4(x) rollover.....way to go blue...

Finishing a very close 2nd is

DARRYL PARSONS, who picks up a nice 600.00 account with a 4(x) rollover....nice job Darryl

and finishing a very close 3rd is

AJ SUITED, who picks up a 300.00 account with a 4(x) rollover.....good finish AJ....

Many thanks to V-WAGER for sponsoring this very fun contest....it went on for 5 months, and was a lot of fun to organize and run....I just hope the players enjoyed it as much.....Was a very close race to the end, with many players still having a shot at cash, including me..

i thought i had you md kid...$1,700 would have been a nice bankroll to start the football season. but, i'll take the $1,200 and the cubs losing. i was kinda torn anyway as i have some big bets (for me) on the cubs under 94 wins so, if they would have gone 7-0 or 6-1, i'd be sweating those out a little more.

thanks Blue, i appreciate it...I try to come up with different ideas for contests, so we arent always playing the same old "capping" contests each time....glad you enjoyed the different concept in this one....I did as well, even though i didnt win anything...lol

LoL, don't worry, it will be gone soon...about time for the Bucs logo to go up...just had to get rid of the cubs logo cuz they pissed me off last week costing me some prize money...grr

then as soon as I'm out, they lose all the rest of the games.....made me mad, so down they came....

But the Buccaneers will be up SOON....

The format is really great for it forces one to plan ahead. Everyone has a chance and the lead keeps changing, and as blue said, it keeps the interest up during a long season.
