INTERTOPS.COM problem

Hello to everybody!
On 30 may this year, I make a registration at Free SportsBook of Intertops ( http://www.FreeSB.com ). In this competition, every week you receive virual $1000, and at the end of the week, the player with the highest account will receive $500 in cash, second place recieve $250 into Intertrops account, third recieve $100 into Intertrops account. There is a more less prizes. From January to November, the player why win the biggest bet will recieve $5000 in cash! This is the offer.

Last week, who was 13 (for good or bad for me), I successful make the starting $1000 into more than $161300,00!
This "give" me gain of $500 in CASH as weekly winner of week 35 , and make me one-man LEADER for competition for $5000 (the second place player was far away from me) !

The truth is that I am form Bulgaria !
I am from Bulgaria, I live in Bulgaria, make registration from Bulgaria, write into Registration form => country: Bulgaria, and make all my bets from Bulgaria!
I make all bets via my personal computer from my house, and I use REAL IP ADDRESS ! I never go on in Poland and I do not know , why they said that I am from Poland ?!?!?
For some unknown for me reason, they do not want to check there logs and to find, that I everytime use just and exactly one REAL IP address - ownership of local TV station in the town, where I live.
I send them all this information, but without any effect !!! They do not answer me.

I can not understand, how the big bookmaker like Intertops, can make this?
May be all this is some mistake and I hope Intertops will fix her.
But if Intertops do not pay me my prize, and if they do not open my account again, this mean that:

INTERTOPS.COM are Cheaters and Liars

And if this can happen to me, this can be happen and with YOU !
They can be close your account, fabricate some reason , that you are from MOON, for example...They can steal your money....Think twice, before give them your money....

I really hope, that all this is some mistake.
And I really hope that Intertops will fix this mistake.
I will keep you inform if anything is change.
Until this happen:

Stay away from Intertops !
Now they stop any registration from Bulgaria!

But when I make my registration this rule do not exist!

I have used them for years & years... although they do not have great customer service they have never stolen any money from me.

The problem may be from the fact that internet IP's can be traced to a location but the locations do not follow the lines on maps so most books generalize. If 95% of the users of a particular IP reside in Poland then they just block all those IP's even though not everyone lives in Poland. Try this and tell me what you get.

As I mention before, I have and use REAL IP ADDRESS.I pay for him every year.
"REAL IP ADDRESS" => this is unique address, that is selled from Specially International Organization to my ISP (Internet Service Provider). This mean, that nobody than me can use this IP address. And I can not use this address at other ISP (Internet Service Provider), from other town, from other Country or from other Continent!
Everybody can quality and easy to check who is the owner of this IP address and from witch country is used. For example You can check this here (there is a more Profesional Servise like this in Internet):

Its amazing how this time of year you see MANY more complaints bout books than any other time of year. I think its just a way to try to get players not to play at certain books. ALL threads like this should be pulled until Mr. Pete gets to the bottom of it then gets posted either way outcome is determined! If its not true then this shop will lose post up for football and at this close to regular season it can hurt a smaller shop .

I believe you, nothing against you but this time of year there are more and more bashes against books thats all. Nothing against you, and I hope you get this problem corrected.

I had problems with this book as well. They posted a halftime line that was 3 or 3 1/2 points off, then they let the bet stand until it was clear I had a winner. At that point, they cancelled the bet and claimed bad line.
They tried to make up BS and say the line was 10 points off, and of course this site supported them 100% because they advertise.

Soon all the cronies will come out and jump ALL OVER YOUR ASS. That is what happens when you question an advertiser.

It looks like they have stopped advertising here. They used to have a link on the front page, but it is gone now. That explains why you haven't been beaten down mercilessly yet.

Dont worry Aivan, they dont advertise here anymore - you are safe.

I'm familiar with Intertops/FreeSB and I want to say that they are NOT cheaters/liars!

During several years of FreeSB.com competition I've got FreeSB prizes several times and they gave me money I've won!

We haven't hear any Intertops/FreeSB comments here yet but at least one thing Aivan told here seems NOT to be true: he can't be one-man leader for $5,000 FreeSB competition while some guy got above $380,000 several weeks ago in weekly competition!

After reading Aivan's story I can only notice: it seems that Intertops/FreeSB did not wish to have Eastern Europe customers. Nothing more.

P.S. I'm not affiliated with Intertops/FreeSB in any way - believe me or not

I have tried to find resolution on this issue, reading the history of poland and all. In talking with Intertops, they did try and assist, but it is a seperate issue than dealing with Intertops. I am not familiar with freesb.com. I have sent them a message as well this AM with no response yet. I received this note..

Now, I don't think that you can judge a guys location on just last name only.

I just wonder why you wait to tell a winner he is not entitled to winnings since his Name indicates somehow to you that he is from a certain banned location. Why was he allowed to play then?

Neither Poland nor Bulgaria are parts of the former Soviet Union and therefore are not banned location according to the rules.

Data I got to do some study of Poland and Bulgaria history on this matter. Disputes can take you into strange places.

Looks like Intertops needs a geography lesson. Since when is Poland a "country of the FORMER SOVIET UNION?"

Let us know how this turns out. Intertops was my first book and I never had a problem. BUT, I remember reading and following a rather long post on rec.sports gambling or some such name. Back when I had webtv. Some guy claimed they would not pay him and it was a large amount. I can't remember the details now, but it was a LONG running night after night story. He claimed they owed him something like 75K which is WAY WAY out of my league, but the story sounded somewhat legit. Reminds me of this. I hope it works out ok this time.
