JR Miller, laughable tout...

I check his site on occasion, just for a laugh, rarely am I disappointed. He recently listed his 6-month plan... as sold out !

That's funny enough, right there ! Jeez, you pay me hundreds of dollars, for almost fadeable losing picks, I can't add you on , because I sold out my allotment. I can't possibly add another name to my list of subscribers, too much volume, I sold out !

It gets better ! He no longer offers an annual subscription to his " newsletter".

It's 6 months ( max now), and the price has increased !

He's probably close to the original tout ! What a phony !

My message is don't pay anyone of these guys for picks, probably .01 % are legit

J.R. Miller is a good example of someone that let his field go past him. His worn-out handicapping methods no longer win overall. He makes his living marketing, a much easier field to succeed in.

As for Sports Services...
The guys that are good enough to win consistently wouldn't be selling "virgin picks" anyway. They would have already hammered the play themselves at the very least. That puts the person getting the second hand play in a lose-lose position.

1) The pick is good. As an example, the original number was Dallas +10.5. The BM knows that AAA Sports hits 54%-56% of their plays. The originator, AAA Sports and his inner-circle play it. The BM moves the line to Dallas +9.5. The subscriber bets it after most of the value in the play is gone.

2) The pick isn't so good. The subscriber bets it at +9.5 and other sharps drive it back up to +10.5 or higher.

I doubt many sports services put 10% of their efforts into scouting, handicapping, etc.... They place most of it on the much more lucrative marketing side.

Interesting. I've got one of his books, and on the back of it, he's got a lot of support from Lem Banker, Sonny Reizner, Bob McCune, and the like. Don't know much else about him.

Touts no longer can move the line with their plays- there are too many outlets these days.

JR Miller's website has some interesting articles on it, but when it comes to his picks he is just a tout like all the others. He always comes across as sounding different than other touts - more sincere, more honest sounding results, etc. but it's still all the same con.
