Good luck to them, but I'm not sure can they really bring something new and better things for bettors. Running shop and exchange, I don't know is it good business. If I was a bookmaker I would run my book as an "exchange". Betttors could lay their bets with 2.5-3% commission, but I would offer my bets also.
For many exchanges, except Betfair, problem is that most of the time you can bet only $20 or $30 with best offers and thats it.
When my book would open their lines there would be always no vig (except 2.5-3% what bettors must pay commissions of their winnings) and $1 000 to bet on both teams
