Anyone ever notice the very liberal clock stoppages in College compared to the Pro game?

I know College ball has some unusual rule differences compared to the Pro's but the clock seems to always trickle off an additional 3-4-5-6 seconds...

LOL- In the NFL that clock STOPS on a dime

Journeyman- I have noticed more clock operators doing business in the last couple of years. The most obvious is the bandit that does the clock for Mississippi State games. That guy doesn't even try to hide it. I think he runs the clock during commercials.

Of course, none of the clock operators have anything to worry about. The NCAA is much too busy trying to catch a booster buying an athlete a hamburger.
