The infamous "30 day rule"

This requirement made by some books as part of their "rollover requirement" is in my opinion only fair when a player is allowed to at least be able to withdraw his or her winnings.

I understand a sportsbook can set forth anything in their rules and it is up to the player to decide if they want to abide by these rules, but think the player and the sportsbook themselves would be better served if they eliminataed this rule......or like I mentioned, at least allow the player to withdraw their winnings for goshsakes!

Your thoughts?

Some books though, are trying to hold everything for 30 days...and that is wrong....atleast pay out winnings....or don't even pretend you're offering a bonus!

Play by the book rules or don't take the bonus. As long as rules are posted before you take the bonus, you better play that money like you can't touch it for a while.

Of course this rule isn't great for players, but some of the bonuses offered by these 30 day books are good enough to overcome.

Yes, it is definetly in the players best interest that they read ALL rules purtaining to bonuses to make sure they are confortable with what is being stated as far as rollover requirements are concerned.

GREAT post and agree. I am leaning to not taking bonuses even when offered as then you can take your money out whenever you want

you guys have no concept what it cost to give players these crazy bonuses. Plus all the guys here are bonus whores that take advantage of them. 30 days is not unreasonable.

Fishhead, I was quoting Dante and laughing at him. In the past though, I have chosen not to take bonuses over this but as time went I thought about the book and felt like I owe some loyalty to them as well. I expect them to do everything timely for me, so why not be willing to give em 30 days action.
