There is an attorney in Costa Rica that is (from what I understand) now taking on these such cases of "no pay" books.
He recently took on a good friend of mine from Dallas that is owed just over $15 dimes from one of these "Deposit Only" shops. He has gotten several payments of a dime a week but hey better than "NOTHING" I say.
I will ask if he objects to posting his # here.
Of course most of these "Crook Books" are operating out of Coata Rica and that's his backyard. He has had his office there for more than a decade.
