OK, bottom is a harsh term. But not only has this book taken away their reduced vig for college football they no longer have halftime lines for college. I emailed them about this and they said 2nd half lines (no 1st half) will only be available for televised games...wtf? Last season this was my favorite book and as a low-roller I like their withdrawal policy along with VIPs. It is kind of sad to watch a good book go bad.
