I am having an issue with the casino. I use dsl and while playing carribean stud it said i was disconnected and close that window and reenter the casino. I did this and it worked except my entire deposit ($85) that I transferred to the casino is now missing.

I never had any problems logging in like some other posters have mentioned. I just have an issue with them not grading my games yesterday. Sure would have liked to have played a couple games today. I noticed last night that my completed games were still pending but thought maybe there must have been a Holiday in Costa Rica or something and they took the day off. They were still showing pending this morning so I sent an email but no response yet.

I had an even bigger problem with them yesterday. I took Vtech but they said the wager was never registered in the system.
I didn't take down the confirmation number of the bet so there was nothing I could do.
I learned a lesson though. I will be printing all my receipts from now on.

Glad to see I'm not the only one having problems. Not that I'm glad your having problems truthteller, but was beginning to wonder if Pinnacle was singling me out for some reason. Hopefully it's just a software problem or just related to high traffic volume the first major weekend of college football.
