obviously, you wait until the playoffs start:

Aug 3 1:22pm Baseball - Pending 200.00 to win 7000.00
1. Baseball Futures - 2004 World Series Championship Odds
Odds to win
Odds to win the 2004 World Series Championship
Minnesota Twins (+3500) [pending]

do i let it ride on the first round or buy a little back? do i wait until they make the alcs (if they do) then hedge? my inclination is to not hedge it at all but, that may be tough on the nerves.

thanks for your insights...

Let it ride or buy back your stake. Santana gives them a chance to win it all.

Let it ride buddy.
You would need 3 hedges (3 rounds)which would cut out a great deal of the profit.

imho

gl whatever you do

i had the same thing in the Olympics with MArdy Fish only at about 80-1. I waited until the semi finals to slighlty hedge to get triple my investment back, then in the finals for about 1/3 profit buying out and keeping 2/3 profit thats one idea anyway.

Of you could sell your ticket to me for $100 sight unseen. (hope its not a $2 win ticket!)

Not that much you can do since Minny is currently 22-1. So you've got maybe a little more than $100 built in profit. No worth hedging IMO. Good luck, I can see them bouncing the Skankees in the first round.

Blue...IMO, I would hedge the last few games of the first series if it looks like Minny is going to get bounced... Thats just me thought
