Dear Sir/Madam,

Since your website informs players of the offshore industry, I would like to relate a few of my negative experiences with two sports books this past year.



I played the NBA at a sports book; Pro5sports with several plays @ $500.00 per play accumulating approximately $6000 in winnings. In an attempt to withdraw my winnings, the company refused payment and labeled me a wise guy player. Eventually they agreed to refund my deposit but till this day they still refuse to release my winnings. Their website is Pro5sports.com and telephone number is (888)611-6363.



I also played at a Sports Book, ESB with a wager limit of $500.00 per wager. I won approximately $2000.00 six months ago. Their refusal to send me my winnings was due to what they call an apparent ‘backlogging’. A good friend of mine is experiencing the same story lines while they continue to delay his payments. We can also put vipbetzone and bml on that same "Deposit" ONLY list.

Sad thing is they are still operating !

It's really a shame that books like this continue to operate without much a player can do...

I guess it's worth bumping back to the top just in case one newbie sees this...

Sad, but probably true. Clowns like these 2 books are what give psychotic (aka righteous) Jim Leach his tiny bit of data to take out of context for his freedom-depriving fight against gambling (except for his own God-approved Iowa state lottery, of course).

Did anyone check out Guy's story with the books or do we just accept as fact what someone writes? If someone wrote that about one of the sponsors would it also be published in the same way or would the story get checked out first?

Both companies he mentions have a long history of pilfering, extorting, and lying....

No, we did not check out the other side in these cases...

Does it REALLY matter?

They have 0 credibility with me, as I have dealt with them both before..

Yes it does matter...IF this guy is a scammer it doesn't matter what book he is complaining about...anyone with an agenda can then stir up the pot with a simple email.

Also the RX was going to take Pro Five on as a sponsor a year or so back correct? I believe you were also going to insure them, but due to poster revolt you nixed the idea.

This guy could be dead on and both books could be the world's worst....that isn't the point. Unsubtantiated accusations against ANY book should not be posted as fact until they are checked out...period. You wouldn't and haven't operated in this fashion with sponsors, so do likewise with nonsponsors.

Senditin if we were talking about one of the many books in between Pinnacle and ESB you would have a valid point. However when it's ESB, pro5, Betflamingo,etc. what's the point?
