is like a Pick a Loser thing. just pick a winning team no point spread one each week alst man standing. Is it winner take all? can people split at the end?
1) The Worldsportcenter Survivor Pool is a web based pool. After receiving registration confirmation you are eligible to play.
Players must register and make their first pick before Sept 9th at 8pm or one hour before kickoff.
Players must turn in their Survivor Pick before the first kickoff of the week, even if the first kickoff is on a Thursday and your pick doesn't play until Monday Night.
2) There are three pools to pick from. $100, $500, and $1000.
All three pools are progressive and increase with ticket sales.
Pool ticket sales can be viewed on the front page of worldsportcenter.com
3) Players can play in one or all the pools simultaneously. Players participating in the $100 pool will be eliminated after one loss. Players participating in the $500 and $1000 pools will be allowed one loss for the season.
4) On a weekly basis pick a team from the games on the NFL Survivor schedule prior to the deadline. No spreads are used just pick the straightup winner. If the team wins you continue to the next week.
If the teams loses you are out of the pool. If the team you selected should tie that counts as a loss and you are out of the pool. You may only pick a team once per season. (eg: If you pick the Jets in week 1 you may not pick them again the entire season). If you pick a team more than once over the course of the season you are out of the pool. It is your responsibility to avoid duplicate picks.
If you fail to submit an entry you are out of the pool.
5) The winner will be the last person or persons remaining at the end of regular season or until everyone else is knocked out. If there are players tied at the end of regular season or the last remaining players are eliminated on the same week then the prize will be split amongst them
6) A leader board will be published, after 1 pm on Sundays, for viewing by all worldsportcenter.com members with each Contestants final week's selections.
