Tied 21-21, clock is running out, offense isn't set, QB spikes it. They stop it with 2 seconds left and the kid nails a 54-yarder for the Buckeyes. I know in the pros they run time off the clock in this situation, don't know what the rule in college is. Either way it doesn't seem right that they can stop the clock that way and only suffer a 5 yard loss.
