I would say Baltimore for sure and Minnesota and probably Philly.

Judge news has it Balt public team, but DB has released Balt as steam "wiseguy move".....-3-20 not to wise they could have got better #.

But like I mentioned in an earlier thread.......proceed with more caution than normal in fading John Q. Public in the first week.
