this jack price must be as dumb as a box of rocks. because, he called me today going under the name of john west.

i hate to call and report anything to the cops.but, since this guy did call me it is my duty as a citizen to call the proper authorities and report this violation to them

heres why,

California firm to pay Missouri $15K for violating No-Call law
A California business has been ordered to pay Missouri $15,000 for violating the state's No Call law, said Attorney General Jay Nixon Thursday.

Nixon said his office received more than 60 complaints about Jack Price Sports, operated by Marc Meghrouni of Irvine, Calif., which offered tips on point-spread betting on sports events.

In addition to the $15,000, Meghrouni agreed to not make any more telemarketing calls to Missourians on the No Call list and abide by the other provisions in the law.

To date, Nixon's office has obtained nearly $1.2 million in judgments against businesses that violated the No Call law.

Hope they make it hurt....the no-call list should have been set up years ago....if these dirtbags who called up incessantly had the balls to play thier picks they wouldn't need to call....

.....oh, I guess thier picks aren't that good. They need somebody else to pay them because thier own plays don't pay the rent.

He's violated that law in other states and gotten fined...the idiot just doesn't get it. It's a real shame the punishment isn't much much much more severe than it is now.
