Pinnacle email response

Is it just me..or have they been slacking..I sent an email today and got no response at all. For a book that tells you when you call you have to send a email to get something done I am kinda annoyed. JUst sent them another one..I'll let you know if they respond this time

IM SURPRISED B/C PINNACLE IS USUALLY VERY GOOD WITH RETURN EMAILS. THEY DONT LIKE CALLS SO I TRY NOT TO CALL TOO MUCH.

The head of Pinny's CS returns tomorrow from an emergency leave. We will be bringing up a few uncharacteristic complaints. I think its the crush of opening week related.
