There is always bashing of this site. But my last couple experiences have been nothing but good. I have actually gotten better service from Royal over Pinny my last few times.

Requested a decent withdrawal, and received it within Seconds, that's right Seconds.

Glad to hear it....I still talk to Tim quite often, and know that him and Kevin are working hard to repair all the problems that previously were there...

After meeting him in Vegas, i had more confidence that it would happen, and it appears it is....

Hearing more good things, than bad things nowadays.....Hopefully it only gets better...

played with royal recently and they took a long time (9 hours, not seconds) to get a small neteller wd.

their customer service was kinda clueless to me...

i think thats kinda a common complaint i have heard from there, that if u get ahold of the right person, they will get u paid fast...

but the base-level people seem to need more training, not always sure what is going on...

And thats a bad thing, that hopefully they are working on, better training....

If you get ahold of one of the good guys like Richard, Tim, or Kevin, you will taken care of quickly....

but some of the others need to do as well...

To me 9 hours is extremely mediocre.

Books should pay within 3-4 hours at the most, especially Netellers. But that's just my opinion.

Royal also has a retarded rule that says you can only withdraw what you deposit by neteller in the last 30 days. Extremely stupid...

Anyone playing at this book in my opinion has to be retarded. No reason to have any money with this shop. After the horror stories I have heard run as fast as you can.

I don't mean to come on here and bash books, and I do hope for all the player's that are stupid enough to post up with this book that Royal is back on top. Off the top of my head I can probably name 30 places that I would feel good about giving some $$ to so why on earth would anyone play here. I have been playing offshore for ever and I have never had one single problem. I can name you four larger size players that went through hell and back trying to get paid from these guys. Be careful people!!

I'll say it again: Royal has turned the corner, and there are NO no-pays, and NO documented slow-pays that I've seen.

Buzzsaw, who are you quoting in your post? Slow-pays are not down at Royal, they are non-existent.

Their only issue seems to be growing pains- a bit short staffed 5 mins before gametime.

These persistent rumors are so transparent as to be rediculous... every insider knows that Royal has some business enemies who have nothing better to do than take unsubstantiated shots at them.

Taking shots with nothing to back them up just damages your own credibility, diminished though it is.

no I was told to call it in. I asked for the neteller code and they didn't know.

was getting very frustrated. I decided to give them a shot after reading Madjack's reassurance on them.
