Hurricane projected to hit landfall in the Miami vicinity on Sunday morning.

PS- If you are in any contests, either here or any other place on the web, you may want to not select this game to make things easier for yourself later.

--If the game is not cancelled...expect very windy conditions and rain.
this would setup a nice play on the total.

Do not encourage playing under a total of...33/34 but when we factor in
the 2 offenses....with bad weather conditions...can only see one way to go
in this contest. Under the posted total.

Kramer, the reason is because a rookie quarterback is going be starting against a Miami defence that I rank in the top 3 in the NFL right now.

I am not saying that the storm is going to hit Miami/Ft. Lauderdale but keep in mind that if and when South Florida is under a Hurricane Watch/Warning that people have to start planning for a storm and the police have "other important" matters to take care. Playing an NFL game is a major drain on the police and what about traffic if you are evacuating coastal areas?

Personally I think the storm hits St. Lucie or North but a hurricane is not just "rain and wind". This is not BS.

Gotta run, need to buy beer in case the storm hits.

Brock- When the next hurricane does come around I wish to invite you down here and see if you feel like playing football in alittle "wind and rain"!

I never took hurricanes seriously myself until Charley came through my back yard, now I can tell you they are AMAZING in what they can do!

There is no telling where this storm will make landfall, it could turn north and hit the Carolinas or continue straight and run into central Fla. The problem for the NFL (and Florida residents) is not knowing for sure where the hurricane is headed. Difficult situation for everyone involved.
