I didn't play with Vwager but I played with a different one of their books and the customer service is absolutely horrible.It does not suprise me that they haven't responded to 4 emails.Also they can take up to 3 days for a neteller payout.You can't even get a straight answer out of them.On their website it says that they do book to book transfers.So I call to find out which ones and they say they don't do it.I said why is it on your website.After being transferred around 20 times they said they will do it but I have to find a book that will take one from them.So I had to call around like an asshole and see who will do a transfer with them.After calling 15 books and finding one I then called them back and then they would not do it.I got payout by neteller and played my balance there and lost and I will not be back.

When you attempt to make the transfer, it prevents you from initiating the transfer, and tells you to contact V-Wager.
But for reference, it's VWAG5388.
