you are probably right however, to defend dusty a little bit, dempster had been pitching pretty well and hawkins has been used a lot recently.Cubsmac said:

With Hawkins as the closer , I can't see the Cubs going far in the playoffs..especially with the lack of dominating starters this year...the pen is pretty good but Hawkins is a C+ closer at best!
