I haven't seen this call enforced nearly as much as it was in the past. I have seem many instances already this year in which the defensive lineman has jumped in the neutral zone, causing the offensive lineman to jump & the ref penalizing the offense for a false start.What is it, every time the rules are changed each year, or some rules are told to me more stricly enforced, these refs just forget about other rules?!:neenee:
