He's just another one of Gruden's "Oldie-Show" crew anyhow. People are really getting disgusted with Gruden in Tampa now~a~days. He is so freakin hard-headed it's a shame. He only believes in older veterans it seems, especially one's he's coached. He's tried from Day 1 to dismantle this team, the only thing that held it together is Rich McKay, and now that Gruden got his wish and ran him out of town the team is slowly falling apart.........
