It will get better. Getting posters registered still remains #1 priority.

General:

First, absolutely love your new avatar. As for the sight:

Overall, very good. The one issue I have a problem with is not being able to edit after such a short time. For instance, when I add a game to my selections, I cannot go back to the initial thread and update the list of plays in there entirety so the reader when opening the thread at the beginning can see all my plays in the initial location. Thus, I do a summary in the last reply. Problem with this is that any reader that may have initially read the thread, may not catch any additions or in the case yesterday, I increased the rating of the selection for the first time this year. There should be a means to allow the original poster to edit an earlier portion of the thread. Just an oldman's thoughts.

very good and key point OMT! I hope it gets changed, and your reasoning is right on the money.

As far as editing, we need a timeframe. Right now it is set at 5 mins. The reason for this came some time back as quite a few posters as I recall over time would edit losers into winners and it caused alot of feuding in the sports rooms. As well, there are so many agenda based games played here sometimes that we do not want to allow the editing forever.

How much time do you posters think it should be set for?

Unfortunately, whether we like it or not, it appears there will always be feuding in the Sports Forums regardless of past posting or not. The decision should be made on whether or not you want to let the date stamp of the edit speak for itself versus having the readers searching throughout threads for additional plays or being able to see them conveniently in one location. It is a difficult decision, but who should be penalized, the few who feud or past post or the thousands of readers looking for selections. Personally, I would like to see the author be able to edit his thread however and whenever he chooses, as before, and let the date stamp be the final voice. As far as feuding and past posting, believe you are very capable of handling such matters.

If it were just the sports rooms i could agree, but if John Smith comes into the offshore and makes baseless attacks or suggestions on a book or poster, I want that as evidence so that a person cannot go edit it 3 weeks later and say it was not what was said. There will have to be a timeframe for certain. The proper length needs decided.

Great improovment for the Rx. For a while there I thought this place was going down hill. Brought it back to life. Still and always will be the best in the world. IMO.:aktion033

Vaulted Tree you need to edit your profile with correct time. Click on user CP top left. Then click on Edit Options - scroll down to date and time options - make the time zone say: (GMT -5:00) Eastern Time (US and Canada) Bogata, Lima etc.

Then change DST Corrections Option to: DST options always on.

Then save changes at bottom. This will set your options to Eastern Daylight Time (5:30PM right now).

I give an A. Very reliable. Two things I would like to see though is - I like using this font and color. Any way in our personal settings to accomplish this? Each time I post, I have to reset it.

One feature I used on the Infopop board which saved a lot of time was a email notification whenever a poster posted. Say everytime the General posted, I would get a copy of the post with a link to the thread. Any way to change this?

Thanks for the improvements.
