I agree Teddy , the line looks odd to me too...Perez was lights out last time out vs Cubs though....Milton has pitched great @ Home(6-1) this year but has struggled vs Pitt ERA 6.01...Perez vs Phi 14 IP 14 runners allowed 0-0 in 2 starts..

ERA 1.5 runs better then Milton that is probably the reason, I don't like the game either way but certainly understand the line.
