i read your rules for betting and that would imply that we fade these plays. Is that what you reccomend?

thanks

Not blindly, no.

1. I definetly will NOT bet ON any of these teams.

2. I will NOT automatically go against ALL these teams.

3. However, a majority of my selections in the NFL will be against teams such as these and will look for a great number less than an hour before post if I choose to wager on them.

Fish- What time does SLIM check in usually? I am curious how the other road favorites are being hit. I dont remember this many road favs in recent history.
Also what is your take on fading totals?
One last thing, I have no stats on this but it seems to me that when the public does terrible in the 1 pm games, they usually get a little back at 4. But when they do alright early they get hammered at 4. Any thoughts?

The only totals I personally fade occur when the public is betting a total OVER and is driving the number up...............usually a TV game.

As far as the early and late game theory you mentioned, there are many types of different scenarios that take place with this.............most of which is way to complicated for me to discuss on a Sunday morning.

One I will mention is that if all the BIG PUBLIC plays win early, the numbers for the afternoon PUBLIC games will usually be driven up a half point because the PUBLIC has more money to bet on the PUBLIC plays, the oddsmakers are dealing with a ton of exposed parlays going to the afternoon favorites because the PUBLIC won in the morning, and some other intagible factors.

The early and late game theory seems to be valid according to my tracking most of the times.

Fish,
Pinnacle is a sharp shop. Every place I read is saying the 49ers win this game. Not sure, I think the REAL rRams show up today and beat this team rather easily. 49ers suck IMO. I don't know why the Rams aren't 4,5 or 6 but they should be.:discuss:

I also can't believe the Giants were +6 1/2 -109 at Pinny and Green Bay was -6 1/2 +100. Another game I see Green Bay blowing the Giants out of the water. Green Bay will pressure Warner into mistakes.

Giants down to +6. WOW can't believe it, must be thousands of Jersey players offshore IMO.
