Original plan was for the Rocket to pitch the tiebreaker game , I guess Houston figures its best to clinch first, then worry about a playoff rotation....Was hoping Clemens would be saved for game 1 NL Wild Card Rd....

I know that Clemens will not pitch today, but I have a related question. Since WHEN did Wednesday-Sunday become 3 days rest???

I know that you are not the only one saying this Journey, it was posted on a few sites as such. But he is actually on 4 days rest, not 3.

But of course Backe is pitching, and he has been MONEY lately!!

ESPN just said Clemens would have been working on less rest as well, even LESS since the game was a day game....His stats are very bad on less rest...I think its a blessing he misses the start....
