How are companies like PrePaid ATM legal- with the Wire Act. They willingly transport funds which they know are going towards online gambling. I was reading a post on another website- one poster mentioned companies like Neteller and PrePaid and others have NOOO Rights in US jurisdiction. A bunch of people were saying sign up with PrePaid or Net send a bunch of money to a sportsbook make a few big bets. If u lose- call ur credit card company and reverse the charges- tell them the charges were for online gambling sites- and MC or VISA immediately reverses the charges and you get ur money back. One poster said he's done it over 10 times- and MC and VISA are happy to do the chargebacks because they love screwing companies like PrePaid or Neteller because those companies are transferring funds for online gambling which is illegal in the US. HOW DOES NET and PREPAID deal with chargebacks??? I guess the books don't get screwed???? It's concerning because if this continues how will PreP and NEt stay in business???If they can't what will the offshore world come to???
