You can also ask the General. As about the 5 post only it is due that i previously had a nick that was Concorde but i cant use it anymore because i cant access anymore the hotmail adress that i had because has been deactivated by hotmail so i cannot see the new password.
Well...I wanted to like them. I really did. After yesterday though I can't wait to get my money out of there.I was able to accomplish putting 1 bet in there all day because their software simply wouldn't accept any of my other bets.They need to fix their technical problems if they want to join the big boys. Argh!

It was a few different problems. Sometimes after I checked the boxes of teams I wanted to bet it would not go to the next page to fill in amounts.Sometimes I got that far and after entering all my bets amd clicking confirm box it came up with the message " unable to access your account, please try again." Even though it said this I could see my balance at the top and access any other account information.I have cleared my cache many time, tried different browsers, all to no avail. My conclusion is it is not on my end but problems with their software.
I have similar problems when I try to withdraw. In the end I had to phone up to get a withdrawal and was put on hold for quite a few times (it is not cheap to phone Gibraltar). My payments have been sent but the problem has not been fixed so if I want to withdraw again I will have to phone.Keith Richard said:
