Response Time of Customer Service at BetCris

Hey Guys,

Those that play at BetCris regularly, what is the turn around time from requesting a cashout (I e-mailed my request to customer service on Saturday) to the funds showing up in my Neteller Account ???

Also .. I sent an e-mail this morning asking just that same question, and we are going on 5 hrs now and no response.

Does it normally take several hrs for them to return e-mails ?? Have never had a problem with other books Customer Services returning messages in a prompt manner.

they are very slow with e mails,use their live chat,much better

DSI copies Cris lines but you dont pay outrageous withdrawal fees at DSI

Was really my first time playing at BetCris, and I was a little shocked they charged me $30 for my Neteller Payout. I was under the impression they had atleast ONE FREE Cashout per month, like most shops. Guess not. :mad:
