How Pissed should I be at 5DIMES for error? (error corrected within an hour)

placed a Wager at 5DIMES on a PROP for 8K, yes 8K. I watched the game on TV and this prop easily won. I then proceed to check my account online and it had me down for a loss.

AFTER 60 Minutes on the phone they realized they fucked up and credited my account. Everything is fine now BUT living in ILLINOIS i couldnt really do anything else since they are in the neterlands or where ever the **** they are from. I dont know if im over reacting or not and needless to say I love their book and im not sure if i can continue.

THOUGHTS??!

My only thought is how in the hell did he get away betting 8 dimes on a prop. :think:

Not sure why you should be so mad, if the corrected the problem...

I mean, yeah, it might have taken longer on the phone than you would like, but we're not talking about days or weeks here...

Seems once they realized they screwed up, they corrected it....They didnt try to screw you over or anything......

And living in ILLINOIS, i think you will find you are quite aways away from ALL the books u can choose from, not just 5 dimes...

I think i would just chalk it up to an honest mistake, and keep playing like you have until they give you a REAL REASON to not trust them....

You should be thankful they corrected it and offered you a wager that you won. And you should be thankful that you bet with a book that will pay your winnings no problem. Now stop trying to make them look bad and be glad you won.

Hey, mistakes happens, thats why you keep records.
Had an error on Sunday night, (v-Wager), called them Monday when I realized it, they really believed they were correct, I told them to check NFL.com, they asked me to call back in 30 minutes while they researched it, and when I checked my account it had been corrected.

no big deal.

ABC made an error the other week. fixed when asked.
